What is cappuccino? Many people confuse drinking coffee with a coffee, found another kind of Italian coffee in the coffee houses in America. The main difference between the two is that a caffe latte has twice the amount of milk (whole milk is usually, but you can do it with 2 percent or even fly), and no milk foam.
The milk foam that floats on top of a cappuccino is what distinguishes it from most other coffee drinks, in fact. Servedtraditionally in a porcelain cup, the foam acts as an insulator and keeps the drink warm longer. Moreover, the porcelain acts as another heat stopped. Paper and glass cups tend to allow the escape of heat more quickly.
A cappuccino begins with a shot of espresso. The bartender then evaporated milk, which is the second most important ingredient. If the texture and temperature of the milk is wrong, the drink will not be as good as it should be.
When the milk properlyvapor, is velvety and sweet. The bartender then float an inch of foamed milk to espresso. If you prefer to have their cappuccino, milk, more or less, the order for a cappuccino would be wet or dry, respectively.
Until the mid 1990's, Americans do not really like cappuccino. Whether it's because people did not know what was the drink or because it is not quite cool enough to drink, it is not known. However, it began as a luxury cafésen masse, began more and more people are ordering drinks sprout.
Traditionally in Italy, cappuccino is served with breakfast. Generally speaking, Italians drink it only in the morning, although it is customary in other countries, drink it after dinner.
