As an avid coffee drinker, my answer is no. There are days when it seems like I just can’t get enough caffeine, however the experts have some other opinions.
According to the Mayo Clinic staff, a moderate amount of coffee isn’t harmful. They define moderate as 200-300 milligrams of caffeine a day or about three to four cups.
If you’re like me and drinking four to seven cups or more, it can cause problems for some people. Four to seven cups, equals 500-600 Milligrams of caffeine can cause mild problems such as anxiety, headaches, insomnia, nervousness, restlessness and irritability. It can also health problems such as nausea or other gastrointestinal problems, fast or irregular heartbeat or muscle tremor.
It looks scary for someone like me, drink lots of coffee a day, but some people are sensitive to caffeine than others to build, and some people a tolerance to caffeine.
Drinking lots of coffee can lead to aDependence. WebMD labels such as "gentle physical dependence." So you're going to not go and steal your neighbors next to the fix of caffeine to get, but it may cause some inconvenience, if you do not get the necessary torque in the morning.
The most common symptom of withdrawal headache is the dreaded coffee, but not all. Other withdrawal symptoms include fatigue, anxiety, irritability, depressed mood and difficulty concentrating.
Unless you're like me and canliterally drink a cup of coffee and still fall asleep, one of the most common symptoms of insomnia by drinking too much coffee.
It takes about 4-5 hours at half the caffeine from the body to remove, delete, 8-10 to 75 percent, so for most people, the morning cup of Java should not interfere with sleep. However, if sensitive to caffeine, you should avoid drinking coffee for at least six hours before you plan to go to bed.
